Shipping & Returns


Our shipping fee is currently set at flat rate of 9.50 NZD worldwide or FREE when you order $100 or more.

The products you find here will be produced on demand and can be shipped worldwide from the nearest production centre to the customer. On-Demand is eco-friendly as there will be no unsold wasted items and the parcels do no have to travel far to the customers regardless of where they live. 

The most products here are produced in multiple countries including New Zealand, Australia, United States, United Kingdom, and Japan. (*The list of countries may vary depending on the products). Those production countries are listed in the each product description page. If you live in one of the countries that are listed on the product page, the product typically should arrive within 5-14 business days after the order was sent to the production. (However, it can take longer during the busy seasons.)  If you live outside those countries, please expect the longer shipping time. Because the products will be made on demand, it may take a few days for customer to receive a tracking number. Also, products may be shipped from different places. 

In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production centre. However, sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a production centre exists within the same country. 

To customers in New Zealand
Since Welly Girl was born and is based in Wellington, New Zealand, we do our best to select the products that can be produced in and shipped from New Zealand as well as other major countries so that local customers (to us) don’t have to wait for a long time to receive the products. However, some products such as Welly Girl baby T-shirts are not available in New Zealand and will be shipped from the nearest production centre ( in most cases from Australia). 

There is also our online shop that is only available within New Zealand. 


We gladly accept exchange for the faulty or damaged products within 7 days of the delivery date. Please provide the purchase record and photos that clearly shows the faulty products and email to .

We cannot offer exchange/refund when a customer ordered a wrong size or simply changed their mind.
